Not every view feels good — without a certain unity — the future lies haggard
A rare view (this week) from the Prophets:
Zechariah Chapter 2:17
linking Judah, the Jewish Tribe to Israel and Jeruslam
GOD will claim Judah as a special portion in the Holy Land—and will choose Jerusalem once more.
הַ֥ס כׇּל־בָּשָׂ֖ר מִפְּנֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה כִּ֥י נֵע֖וֹר מִמְּע֥וֹן קׇדְשֽׁוֹ׃ {פ
Be silent, all people (everyone), before GOD!
For [God] is roused from his holy habitation.
this is a bit polite, a more real understanding ^ and emphasis would read:
“All of you who spew hate against Israel and the Judean Tribe: shut your mouths before Gd”

The Jews, many opinions, alas, many views . . . . here’s a current view of a current Jew, in Israel:
A VIEW or an OPINION: Ezra Klein from (the) NYT / June 14th, 2024 /
(My note: Interview and article unlocked, no firewall, however a long read: providing accurate insight into current “Israel-thinking”).
Israelis Are Not Watching the Same War You Are
The View From Israel’s Right
(my note: these views are very rarely articulated – nor understood – outside of Israel)
The Israeli journalist Amit Segal discusses Benny Gantz’s departure from the war cabinet, Israel’s shift to the right and whether a new theory of security is emerging in Israeli politics.
Klein: In Israel now, the left is not viable. Nor is there a party or coalition of real size that I would even call center-left. There is a coalition that Netanyahu leads stretching from right to far right and a coalition that Gantz leads stretching from center to right. Pinning down the differences between Gantz and Netanyahu is a challenge.
So one thing I did in Israel was deepen my reporting on Israel’sright.
And there, Amit Segal’s name kept coming up. Many consider him the most influential political analyst on the right and deeply rooted in the right. He has a book coming out in English called “The Story of Israeli Politics.”
Segal and I talked for an episode of my podcast. This is a transcript of our conversation, edited for length and clarity.
First Question: We’re talking on the day that Benny Gantz resigned from the war cabinet.
How do you read the politics at the moment?

A View: Dennis Prager here reviews the Palestinian understanding of the Jewish People writ large — it gives us all a realistic insight into the Palestinian view of Jews in general. I also urge a reading of the Hamas Charter, as the Palestinian people overwhelmingly are supporters of Hamas:

Here’s a View worth reading through: Hamas Charter: https://avalon.law.yale.edu/20th_century/hamas.asp
Excerpt: “. . . . if the links have been distant from each other and if obstacles, placed by those who are the lackeys of Zionism in the way of the fighters obstructed the continuation of the struggle, the Islamic Resistance Movement aspires to the realisation of Allah’s promise, no matter how long that should take. The Prophet, Allah bless him and grant him salvation, has said:
“The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (evidently a certain kind of tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews.” (related by al-Bukhari and Moslem).
The Slogan of the Islamic Resistance Movement:
Article Eight:
Allah is its target, the Prophet is its model, the Koran its constitution: Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes.

Here is the current view from the Jewish People, from time immemorial until today:
In a better unity, there is a better future — without it — there is a more haggard future,
